In accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection Legislation, The Persian Carpet Studio handles returns and refunds as follows: The Persian Carpet Studio is confident that all items offered for sale represent quality and good value for money. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with every purchase, so we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. In the event a customer wishes to return an item, we must be contacted in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. All goods must be returned unused and in the same condition that they were received. Return packaging and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure we receive the goods and the customer is responsible for any lost or damaged goods. We will process your refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in new and unused condition. In the event that any of the items you receive are damaged, faulty or incorrect we ask that you contact us immediately. We will replace or refund your order accordingly.
